Redbox won't let me write a bad review on it's site, about it's service. Many others from Florida, Iowa, and The Valley had commented (on the same day) about the same problem, but apparently Redbox was tired of the negative comments and put a kibosh to it.

Keeps popping up with red writing saying, "Whoops - Something went wrong with your request. No worries - just refresh the page and try again." (See photo of screen shot) Well, I've done that, in addition to logging out and trying at different times, and it still won't let me. Isn't it fraudulent to have algorithms that only allow positive reviews?!?!

Shouldn't customers be allowed to write a review that lets others know the scope of the problem? And my review gives input that potentially solves the problem others were having.

Product or Service Mentioned: Redbox Movie Rental.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
