Redbox - Customer service is terrible!

Went to pick up my movie and the redbox is out of order. No problem I’ll just pick it up from another box and cancel the other one. Well, after 40 mins on hold when I called and over 20 mins on hold on the live chat I finally got it canceled! Such a joke! Worst customer service ever!

Redbox - Horrible

I was charged for no reason, i call they tell me they are making sure my card is active, duh it is I use redbox every week. Then they tell me my money will be back on card in 5 days. Why??? Thats my money. Every one be carefull check your cards, I think they charge people thinking they dont pay attention.................
