Redbox - Charged $20 for a movie I returned

I had rented two movies, and returned them within 3 days and I was charged $20. When I contacted redbox they told me this was the fee for keeping the movie for more than one day. I could have bought the movie for the price they had charged me. Will never be using there services again.

I have contacted so many times on this...ive called support to be told when i find it return it and ONLY then they have the choice to refund my money. How do you return a movie when its already been returned..That day I returned the Kiosk was messing up BAD.
