Redbox - I couldn’t hear nor understand the person speaking to me
The lady was a foreigner and I had a hard time understanding what she was saying she spoke to quietly and there was a bing noise during the whole conversation

All banks are using chips in their debit cards and none of your kiosk accepts cards with chips where can we go to rent movies

Returned 3 movies but email said only 2 were returned was very concerned so I called and it was taken care of quickly.
Redbox - Fraudulent Practices
Offer of incentives, and then do not honor them. Charge you over what you agree to at checkout. Happened more than once. Also depending on where you look, your account and incentives will appear different.

For both the phone app and the website they are an overprotective set of rules for their password. It won't let me save the password so I have to type it in every time. They have a lot of rules for the password. So the password is difficult to remember. Redbox's...Read more
