Redbox charged my debit card for returned movie

Just got charged $33 for a DVD I returned on time after one day. From comments looks like I’m screwed. Now I will have to reorder my card because I don’t trust these theives.

Broken kiosk

Tried returning movies and the kiosk wouldnt work, again. This is has happened several times before. One day it works then its broken for weeks then fixed then broke over and over.

User's recommendation: Don’t use the kiosk in frankenmuth michigan.

To get a refund

I called 2 or 3 days after I activated my account to cancel because we weren't able to watch anything. As you can see, I still have not utilized the application. I was never reimbursed and/or canceled. I called the other day and halfway through my call i was disconnected. Can you please make sure this account is deactivated and I am refunded. Thank you, Sarah

Not taking my debit card #. Also, when I called today for help, the person that was supposed to be helping me hung up on me in the middle of my sentence.

I have been using Red Box for years. Recently, there was unknown activity on my debit card and I had my bank issue me a new one and of course I got a new card number. Since then, I cannot get Red Box to take my new card. Please advise me what to do. Robert N Manley

Can't Return DVD

I have not been able to return a DVD I rented for over a week now. Every time I go to the kiosk it says that the kiosk is down and it offers to inform me of other locations nearby. I attempted to go to the only other return nearby, and was able to put the disc in the machine but then it tells me that it does not recognize the disk make sure the label is facing outwards and spits my DVD back out. That $2 a day for DVD I'm looking at probably dollars in charges already, and there's nobody to contact to get support.

No help tired of trying to fix

Cant return at iva sc location and to far to another one. Policy should be leave at store and they return when machine is fixed.

I cant change my phone umber on my account it sucks when ever it asked my number at kiosk it dont work or your web site it asked me for a pin I dont have that either and the phone holding up to scan does not work either I put my new number in many times waited a hour waited 24 hours and the customer service sucks they cant change it either please help me?!!!

Disk Failed To Work

Redbox - Disk Failed To Work
I rented two movies last night and one worked fine but "Last Seen Alive" would not work.I rented it from the "A" kiosk at Albertson's in St George and when I put it back it will mean that another customer will receive a bad disk. I tried it in two different DVD players. I will be returning them to Hammonds in St George.

Over charged

I want my money back because I was overcharged twice I only rented one time not two times and I don't like having to study and write a damn paragraph before I can get my money back this is ridiculous I rented movies on 20th they charge me for two times on 22nd I haven't written on movies on the 22nd only on the 20th so I only owe $4 one time not three

Costumer service

I called in because we were double charged when we were returned the movies and the company said that they cannot find our credit card that we used but I can see it in our bank statement and the lady hung up on me twice when I asked to speak to a supervisor and she just kept cutting me off in the conversation and then finally hung up and then I called back and then they told me to issue fraud. So now I have to call my bank and issue fraud over seven dollars
