I just got an unauthorized purchase of$ 17.12 on my NetSpend card this morning at 9:20 a.m. and the morning of Wednesday March 6th at the location of Oakbrook Ter IL this person who rented just today is not me. I would like somebody to fix this as soon as possible I am a single mom right now I am not working and you just took $17 of my money that I need for my son.

the 13 and 2 came ojt to the 15.53$ original payment ...

businesses can not charge you multiple times for the same thing...and redbox still hasnt gotten back with me and they are ovbiously doing it to everyone..they have no live agents to help with anything..its so unauthorized please help

15march2024; for past MONTH+,have not had access to using my earned free dvd rental,Perks&,Promos. i know i have way over 2000 pts by now; pop-up showing in my acct. states as follows:"our points system is down...access to your points is unavailable @this time", is what keeps showing in my acct. i want to use my free Redbox dvd rental soon. Rumors of Redbox going out of business makes this inquiry needing prompt access to using my RedboxPerks soon. Thanks. Be well.

I was charged twice for Redbox movie last night, and I did not receive the movie

I was charged twice last night for the movie the lost city. I rented the movie through the Redbox app on my husbands card. He went to pick up the movie and it said they had no reservation for that movie.. So he decided to just rent the movie while standing at the Redbox and it said your transaction was completed and it never Gave him the movie.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I am now just able to get into it by just opening Redbox from Roku TV...

But, I have yet to have gotten any communication from any Redbox representative(s)... Thanks!

So I tried watching it on my phone thinking maybe it was my TV but on my phone it just keeps saying buffing error. Missing perk points

I am a little upset. The emails that red box send me on Fridays with perks of $1.25 off work for renting at the Kiosk. The emails tell me the I have 3500 points to use to rent movies. When get ready to check out using points, it says I have 0 point. Where have my points Gone? I havent used them. My email address is bltudor72@***.com. Give me my points back and what ever else I have earned.
