Have you been reveicing Redbox return errors ? I atttempted to return three DVD's and after the first one received an error message that the "box can't hold any more discs".
Redbox is now charging me additional days for the other two CD's even though i attempted to return them on time. This is the second time i have attempted to return discs with a "problem" on the device and additional charges to my credit card.
Not a good customer experience but certainly a way for Redbox to increase their revenue. See picture below for the specific error message on the Redbox device.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $20.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Overcharging due to an error on their equipment.
