How many other times have they done this months later? It is under $10 so it was not noticed (shame on me for not balancing my account) BEWARE!! Very shady things seem to be going on. If you still use Red Box watch your bank account even 2 months later. They have your bank information and can charge when and what they want. Anonymous I have had the same trouble with them. They are awful. Never using them again. I hate redbox.

I called Redbox company and they said that there is no where anywhere that does movies have been turned in and I said they lost their mind because I turn those movies in along with my sisters. 2 movies so either somebody at that kiosk is ripping people off or Redbox doing this and getting away with it why would I want to spend $25 on videos a piece when it is not even worth it something has to be done to these kiosk owners that are doing this...

I have been a consistent Redbox customer for quite some time. My wife and I rented the movie The Shallows on Sept. 30 around 7pm at a Redbox at a 7/11 Gas Station. It has been about 10 times when we have rented a new movie on Redbox Kiosks. Then you go home to relax and hoping to enjoy the movie rented. Again!!! The *** movie does not play, again! NEVER USE REDBOX!!! Reserved a movie online and went to pick it up and box was not working. Got home and called (all of this within 2 hours) and told them not to charge my credit card. They said had to charge me but refund will be processed in 5-7 business days. So, they will charge within hours but make you wait almost a week or more for the credit?! The movie we rented had a cinivia code the whole way through it, so we dodnt get to watch the movie....we googled this code and found out that this movie was an unauthorized copyright copy. We would like our money back on our card.

Rented a movie the other night and DVD didn't work. Contacted them about it via their website and got the credit (happy with that). I returned the DVD and the next morning I went to smother kiosk to get the same movie and ended up getting the exact same movie. Keeps stopping in the same exact spot! Come on, why can't the company remove these dud DVDs so that i don't have to keep waisting my time?!

The kiosk gave me the wrong movie. I called, CS gave me a promo code for a free movie. I used it and was charged anyway. Now I have been on hold 20 minutes and finally got through to a non-engish speacking person, Olive. She said they will supposedly refund my money in 5 to 7 business days. I think I may never rent from Red Box again.
