Redbox charged us $75.60 for 3 movies which were returned in a timely manner.

We will never use Redbox again. The same thing happened to a friend of ours.

The movies were returned to the same box. When we called Customer Service they would only give a partial credit. I think that this is standard operating procedure for the company. The supervisor would not give his name and said that he was the "top" person. We asked to speak to his supervisor and he would not allow it, saying he was in charge.

We will never rent another movie from Redbox again.

If you dont return a movie, they will charge you..... the boxes are checked weekly by technicians who undergo a full FBI check, I know that shock of a rental an seem high, but if you return your movies than you wont have any problem.

Redbox wouldn't charged you almost eighty dollars for three movies. After 25 days I think they charge you for the full prive of the movie and you get to keep it. You probably kept the movies thinking nothing would happen and brought them back after they charged you.
