I am a regular customer of redbox (I rent multiple movies every week...am in their 'Superstar' tier). I didn't realize that I still had 1 movie in my possession until I was charged $38 (it had apparently fallen between car seat).
I reached out to them to see if they could address the charge now that I realized I had the movie and could return it. No luck. Instead of giving me a courtesy refund of the charge this ONE TIME, they will lose my business. The 'costumer service' agent on the chat really could care less if they kept my business or not.
I guess I will take my business back to DVD.com (netflix) instead of redbox. This is an example of very poor customer service.
