8/28/18 from 2:20 pm to 2:43 pm - used chat service for an unplayable disk. CS rep stated, "Hi my name is Carla, please give me one moment while I review your question." Carla never returned to the chat but kept me holding for almost 25 minutes.

Carla was in "listening" mode during the chat.

I tried to get her to come back to the chat but she wouldn't. I finally had to disconnect the chat and call the 800 number for help.

These companies outsource American jobs to foreigners who can't speak English and it's always the same thing - poor customer service and being kept on hold for very long times so they can charge the American companies a lot of money for 'services rendered'.

What a joke!

Product or Service Mentioned: Redbox Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Stop forcing us to deal with foreign customer service reps who can't speak English.

I didn't like: No help at all from customer service, Your foreign customer service or the unplayable disk.
