Redbox - No longer happy

It used to be a good deal and the website was much simpler. Now it is a mess to navigate and what started out as dollar, well, isn't! Most of the movie choices are terrible or very old. Anyone. Is allowed to leave reviews and most use it as a political platform or are just vulgar in nature.

Redbox - Never using again

Charged me over $40 for 2 movies. Said i never returned them. I always do. Convenient for them. Crooks. I have been using redbox every weekend for a long time. Made alot of money off me. Not anymore

Redbox - Not helpfull

I was charged for keeping a disc, over the actual cost of the disc itself, i was under the impression from fees i read on the website that it would charge but then not exceed the cost of the disc. I spend a lot of money here and think that this is a little excessive in fees!

Contacting Redbox

Its impossible to contact them. Someone stole my Account and have been using it, and they changed my password. I cannot access my Account to change my info and Email.I WILL NOT BE HEL ACCOUNTABLE FOR STOLEN MOVIES.

Redbox - 6 day charge for 3 movies @ 5.95

Got charged for 6 days @5.95. On mothers day our son wanted to rent movies to spend time before i had to leave out of town for week. Short story was son took them back to local video place and when i got back 6 days later we found out. Called to see if they could do about the $35 plus tax
