Redbox - Charging to hold movie while store is closed!!
you tell me how this can even be close to right or even legal!!!! Publix closes at 9 pm, therefore you cant get the movie until they open the next day, but your rental starts when you reserve it, not when you pick it up when the store is open!
You need more words, here is some words for you, you are a corrupt company and I wont be renting from you again, you are a corrupt company! And i see that you think a complaint isn't valid unless it has at least one hundred words?
well here are a few more for you! you should be ashamed!
Preferred solution: Full refund.

Redbox informs you of this when you reserve a movie on their site. If you chose a rental location of a place that closes and you can't get the rental then that is your own stupidity.
You do realize that Publix and Redbox are not the same company, correct? I don't know how reserving works but there are other Redbox locations.
It is legal, because Redbox is not in charge of what Publix does. I'll bet that you can control when you reserve stuff.
