I went to rent a couple of movies on line. Usually I use my app.

This time I had trouble getting the stored credit card to work. I did not complete check out... and my total was $1.56 because I was using one credit.

Pretty soon I got notification from my credit card I was charged $3.18 from Red box.

I looked and I had not completed a transaction nor did I get the email you usually do when you rent from them.

I called and there was not explanation of why my card was charged. I don't think there is one other than these little charges here and there hoping people won't notice.

It is not the first time it happened, but it is the last because I have cut all ties. DO not use them.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of a product or service. Redbox needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
